The Mini-Cup Future Stars feature kicked off with Tyler Herdman out front. Most of this race saw Herdman joined by Kyle Baugh and Brett Robinson as the trio pulled away from the rest of the pack.
On lap 16, Baugh moved to the bottom of Herdman as they entered turn 1, taking over the lead in the process.
For the remainder of this race, Baugh kept a comfortable distance over Joey Greening, going on to win the 50-lap feature without a single caution flag. The caution-free race entitled all of the competitors to a $50 cash bonus which was awarded to each driver on the front stretch in a brief post-race ceremony.
"I never touched any of the competitors on the outside, wound up passing on the inside," said Baugh of West Chester, OH. "I think we came up one point short of the championship."
"It was fun, although I wasn’t that fast today," said Greening. "I am glad that my teammate Kyle Baugh won."
